I am a certified fitness coach and personal trainer currently working at The Evolved All Female Gym, and I am passionate about women's health. I help women build strong, resilient bodies and minds through strength training. ​

For Performers: 

Are you overworked on one side, or finding your back aching after shows? I've been there! A balanced program will help you feel strong, supported, and able to step on and off stage feeling amazing. I used to think the gym wasn’t for creatives until it significantly improved performing. As your coach, I’ll create a program tailored to your goals, coach your form, and help you train smarter so your body can truly support your art.​

For women of all ages: 

I have worked with women from all walks of life: from age 20 - 65, mums, postpartum, lawyers, politicians, doctors, office jobs, runners, dancers, you name it. And I have seen it all, from frozen shoulders, osteoporosis to back pain, weight loss and weight gain journeys. I am here to help you on your movement journey and achieve your dreams, guided with care and attention to detail. My goal is to help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to make movement a part of your lifestyle for your health.
